WISE Employment is a not-for-profit employment services provider with branches across Australia. We have grown to become one the leading specialist employment service providers. We provide employment assistance to employers and job seekers under the Australian Government's Disability Employment Services (DES) and Job Services Australia (JSA) programs. In the UK, we provide employment services as WISE Ability. We collaborate and partner with a range of community and commercial organisations to better achieve our goals. We provide employment support for the most disadvantaged and marginalised job seekers in our community, including people with disability, mental illness, youth, ex-offenders, refugees and Indigenous communities.
We welcome you and your comments to the WISE Employment Facebook page. This page is moderated Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm. Any posts or comments are answered as promptly as possible. Posts and comments received over weekends or during evenings are answered or responded to on the next business day.
Our Facebook page is an online community platform to present matters of interest about WISE Employment and its industry to its internal and external stakeholders. Complaints made are taken seriously and escalated offline to the relevant and applicable manager for follow-up. Complaints follow a specific complaints process. Our Facebook page is not a platform for personal attack. Everyone who chooses to be part of the WISE Employment online community is expected to adhere to principles of civility, fairness, respect and tolerance.
Once posted, WISE Employment reserves the right to delete submissions that contain:
(i) vulgar language;
(ii) personal attacks of any kind;
(iii) offensive comments that target or disparage any ethnic, racial, social or religious group.
Further, WISE Employment reserves the right to delete comments that are:
(i) spam or include links to other sites;
(ii) clearly off-topic;
(iii) advocate illegal activity;
(iv) promote particular services, products, or political organisations;
(v) infringe on copyrights or trademarks;
(vi) use personally identifiable medical information; we recommend you not share any of your medical information on our Facebook page.
